Registration includes: 

Accommodation at the host hotel, food and beverages from the 23rd to the 27th (four nights). Full access to the official activities of the event. International participant credential. Official welcome kit. International Participation Certificate. Commemorative souvenir. Official event photographs. Access to conferences, exhibitions, and academic activities. Participation in international integration activities. Access to designated areas of the event at the Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa. Inauguration ceremony. International award and closing ceremony.

Important 

The participation fee contributes to the organization, logistics, accreditations, official materials, support services, and international educational experiences of the event. 

Not included:

For four extraordinary days, Puerto Vallarta will be the stage where thousands of students will share scientific projects, technological developments, research, prototypes, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and innovative solutions for the challenges of the 21st century. 

It is not a traditional competition. It is a global space to learn, share knowledge, collaborate, and inspire the world through science and technology.

Presentation and Evaluation 

The teams will perform:

  • 🔹 Interaction with judges, researchers, and attendees 

Evaluations will consider aspects such as methodology, innovation, scientific communication, critical capacity, functionality of prototypes, and contribution to the solution of real problems.
